“ This is my favorite local burger spot. For takeout, they always have my order ready within 15 minutes. The app makes ordering super convenient, with easily customizable burger toppings and sauces, and the pickup process is quick and hassle-free. They've only messed up my order once (a cold burger with the wrong toppings), but every other visit has been absolutely delicious. The fries are my all-time favorite--thick, perfectly fried, crispy on the outside, and soft on the inside. They pair beautifully with the special sauce, and they are incredibly generous with giving sauces, I always end up with extra. The burger meat is perfectly grilled, juicy, and the whole thing wrapped to keep all that heavenly goodness warm. Toppings are generous, and the flavors are spot-on. The bacon cheeseburger is one my favorites ever. I also recommend the Steak Bomb, a Philly-style cheesesteak loaded with onions, mushrooms, and peppers. Highly recommend visiting. ”

The portion sizes are good and the price is reasonable. We definitely will be back again . They have metered street parking all around . The parking situation should not be an issue . “ Hidden and non descript - you already know these burgers will be great. I got the double jack burger and onion rings, which were amazing. Food was ready in about 5 minutes after ordering. The service is prompt and kind. There is no seating, it really is meant for takeout. Plenty of parking options in Newton center. Will definitely come back! ”

The shop was tiny with only a couple of tables, but for what it lacked in size, it definitely made up in other ways. I checked photos on Yelp before going in, and realized it was more of a grab & go than a sit down place. Glad I did, because the limited seating was full even though it was just a Monday night. The staff was very kind, with a greeting when I arrived, assuring I had everything in my to-go order, and a friendly goodbye as I left. My son and I both ordered a Double Jack and Fries. The food was packed with flavor and cooked just right - a little pink in the center on the burgers while the fries were just crisp enough. I'll go back here over and over and over. ”

“ I've always driven by this place and have wanted to try it for years. I recently tried to go to the new Golden Coup chicken place only to find its a "virtual" or pop-up type of restaurant. It basically does not exist, and its a different restaurant making the food. I was disappointed and figured it would be the perfect chance to go around the corner and try Lee's. The place is pretty small, with 2 tables that fit 4, and 2 window areas that can sit 3 each. Its a typical small business with very friendly staff. The menu is easy to scan through and pick out what you want. Pricing was reasonable. We dined in. The Lee Burger was the most expensive burger on the menu and it definitely sounded like something I wanted to try! Its got two 6oz patties, egg, bacon etc. It was massive, and delicious! The waffle fries and onion rings were so very good, as they seemed to have come straight from the fryer to our table. Other items we tried were the meatball sub, teriyaki burger, grilled cheese sandwich and chicken tenders. All were decent, but not as rave worthy as their Lee burger, waffle fries and onion rings. One thing to call out is the service. The guy brought food to our table and dropped a few onion rings. He apologized and unexpectedly brought me another full order! I was really surprised and thankful, as it was so delicious. Great people work here, the place seemed clean, there is self-serve napkins, forks, condiments etc. Its a cozy little place that should be on your list in Newton Center (they also have a location in brookline). ”

“ Best burger in Boston hands down! Whenever I am craving a giant, the size of my face, mouth watering burger, it has to be a burger from Lee's burgers! This location is not that big but it has a few tables and stools to dine in. It's an order at the counter and if you dine in they bring you your food to the table. My bf and I were craving juicy burgers so we drove up to Lee's. It was busy Saturday night, they had a lot of pick up and orders to go but we found a table to sit and dine in. I ordered the usual which is the two patty Lee's burger and my bf got their other signature burger. The fries came out first and they were perfect! They were super crispy and thick just how I like them. Our burgers came out next and they came out nice and hot! My Lee's burger was neatly wrapped up to keep it together because it was fully loaded! My burger was packed with bacon,peppers, grilled onions, fried egg and french fries and it was amazing! It was challenging to keep it together as I enjoyed every bite but I managed to devour it just fine. It really hit the spot! ”

“ I feel like Lee's has been around for 50 years, and maybe it has, I really have no idea. Heading home from my sons hockey game my wife and I were headed to Buffs for some wings, or at least that was our plan. Our daughter, well, she had other plans for us. So we end up at Lee's, not upset about it, but wasn't what I was planning on. The people there could not have been nicer, the food was ready in no time at all and the it tasted better than I remember. I was pleasantly surprised with all the options on the menu. We ordered a turkey burger, two cheese burgers, fries, and buffalo wings. The fries are good and they were cooked just right. I got the turkey burger with lettuce, tomato, and pickles. We got it to go so I added ketchup and Lees special sauce. I think the special sauce is just seasoned mayo, but I liked it. The turkey burger was great. The cheese burgers were cooked perfectly, juicy pink center, and my wife and daughter devoured them. I ordered wings because I had my heart set on them when I was going to buffs. When I opened the container I was concerned, they didn't look good. They weren't fully coated in buffalo sauce and they had a funny looking coating on them. I am happy to say they taste better than they look. The coating was crispy, the sauce had good flavor and the chicken was good. The wings were good. This place is a better option than any of the new burger chains. The value, taste, and options are all better at Lee's. We look forward to going back, hope to try a milkshake next time. ”
